HOW DO I DO THE REGISTRATION ON-LINE?

Please visit www.medinfo2017.org, click Registration > On-line Registration, If it is an individual, select “, individual registration” if it is a group, select “Group Registration”. If you already have a MedInfo2017 account, just click log in.

  HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AFTER FINISHING THE REGISTRATION?
Please log in your account, click personal Information to add or change your personal information.

  IS THERE A DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION? WHAT IF I DON’T REGISTER ON-LINE IN ADVANCE, CAN I DO THE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT ON-SITE?
You can use our on-line registration system all the time even during the conference. You can also register and pay on-site, but it will take you lots of time to wait, it is recommended to register and pay on-line.

  MY PAPER WAS ACCEPTED BY MEDINFO 2017 CONGRESS, BUT WHY I CANNOT LOG INTO MEDINFO2017 REGISTRATION SYSTEM?
The paper submission system and the registrations system are separated, you need to create a new account in the registration system and complete the payment.

 
WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?
No problem. Please just email to loc005@medinfo2017.org, we can email the original password to you. We can’t give out passwords over the phone or email them to a different email address than the one used to register.

 
 WHY SYSTEM SHOWS MY ACCOUNT IS EXISTING WHEN I TRY TO CREAT A NEW ACCOUNT?
There are various reasons for this situation, like someone else registered for you, ect. You could log in with your email address, if you forget the passport, please send an email to us to get back your passport.

 
I’M A PROSPECTED STUDENT IN SEPTEMBER, IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO BE CONSIDERED FOR STUDENT PRICE?
Sorry, formal requirements must be met – we will check the proof of your student status on-site.

 
 WHEN CAN I GET THE INVOICE AFTER THE REGISTRATION FEE IS PAID?
The invoice will be issued on-site, if you need to get the original invoice in advance, please contact loc005@medinfo2017.org, we will send it to you with “freight collect”.

 
 CAN I GET THE CONFIRMATION LETTER AFTER THE REGISTRATION FEE IS PAID?
Yes, the confirmation letter will be sent after you paid. Please check the information on it carefully and bring this letter with you on Congress Venue in Hangzhou. If there is any difference, please contact loc005@medinfo2017.org in time.

 
HOW CAN I KNOW IF MY PAPER WAS ACCEPETED?
SPC for MedInfo 2017 is in charge of papers. Please contact SPC directly. Here is the email address of SPC spc@medinfo2017.org.

 
 I HAVE A ACCOMPANY WITH ME, CAN HE/SHE JUST TAKE PART IN GALGA DINNER WITHOUT REGISTRATION?
Accompany can join the Gala Dinner with you together after paid. He/She still need to do the registration first, then choose Gala Dinner to pay.

 
HOW DO I GET AN INVITATION LETTER TO GET MY VISA?
Once you complete the payment after the registration, you can apply invitation letter for Visa. Visit www.medinfo2017.org, click accommodation > Visa Requirement, download the Application Form for Invitation Letter first, then send the Application Form to loc005@medinfo2017.org, we will send you the Invitation Letter in PDF format.

 
CAN I GET REFUND IF I CANCEL THE REGISTRATION?
Yes, you can send an email to loc005@medinfo2017.org to get refund, but 3.5% of registration fee will be charged as processing fee when the LOC receive your written request on or before June 20th, 2017, and after this date, 25% of the registration fee will be charged as processing fee. The requests will be handled 30 days after the congress.

 
WHEN I ENTER MY NAME DURING REGISTRATION, IS IT SECURE?
We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your personal information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than MedInfo.

 
CAN I ONLY REGISTER TUTORIAL?
I’m sorry you cannot just register tutorial, you must register tutorial with plenary conference together.
