Venue Information
Medinfo 2017 will be held at Hangzhou International Expo Center. The Conference Center has a total area of about 19,000 square meters on five floors including 35 conference rooms, 14 VIP rooms and a business center. It offers a variety of conference venues with efficient and considerate conference service system. The non-pillar multi-function hall has an area of 10,000 square meters and can hold up to 8,800 people. The Grand Conference Hall is of 3000 square meters equipped with 16 simultaneous interpretation facilities to meet the need of international conferences. The design of the conference rooms is new Chinese style presenting an exquisite blend of Chinese elements and modern materials, elegant and implicit, dignified and luxuriant. The conference rooms are fully equipped with all facilities in order to meet the needs of various domestic and international conferences, business meetings and academic reports, and can provide one-stop service for different types of meetings offering guests perfect event experiences.

How to Get to Exhibition Center

Airport: 18km (20 mins drove) from Hagnzhou Xiaoshan International Airport.
Train station: 8km (10 mins drove) from Hangzhou Railway Station 13km (15 mins drove) from Hangzhou east Railway Station. 
Metro: QianJiang Century City Station{Line 2), Expo Center Station (Line 6,estimate opening in 2018)

Venue Guide 
1. Barrier-free path
There is barrier-free path in the conference center. Wheelchairs are also available and please contact us if you need any assistance. 
2. ATM
ATMs of different banks are running 24 hours a day and are available in hotel lobbies. 
3. Document bags
Document bags will contain such materials as congress manuals, notebooks and meal vouchers. Please carry your document bag and badge all the time during the conference. If you lose them, please contact us. 
4. Photocopying service
Photocopying, printing and faxing service are available in the conference center. The business-center facilities in hotels can also accommodate the requirements relating to photocopying, printing and faxing. 
5. Food and drinks
Free coffee, tea, mineral water and refreshments will be served during the conference sessions. Fees will be charged for other individual orders.
6. Smoking policy 
The conference center is a smoke-free zone. Designated smoking areas will be set outside.
