1. Registration Fees

2. Definitions
IMIA member: Applies to members of any of IMIA’s member society or academic institutional members of IMIA.
Student: Only applies to full-time undergraduate students (do not apply to part-time or postgraduate students), limited to 200 registrations, which will be granted on a first-come first-served basis.
Tutorial: Prices per tutorial/half day. Limited to the capacity of each tutorial room.
Gala dinner: Limited to the hall capacity. Available on a first-come first-served basis. Be aware that tickets sales will be closed as the limit is reached.
Notes: the participants have access to all the sessions, including the satellite symposium. Tutorials (additional charges) and the sessions marked with “by invitation only” are exempt.
3. Registration fees include the fees on:
IMIA Member / Non Member / Student: Opening session, access to all sessions and the exhibition halls, tea and coffee breaks, lunches, congress bags. .
4. Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel the registration, 3.5% of the registration fee will be charged as processing fee when the secretariat office receives your written request on or before June 20th, 2017.
For cancellation requests sent after this date, 25% of the registration fee will be charged as processing fee. The requests will be handled 30 days after the congress. No refunds will be made on the cancellation requests received after June 20th, 2017, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
